Auch entwickelt und betreut das Museum, gelegentlich in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Parteien, die Programmplanung und das dazugeh\u00f6rige Bildungsangebot. Das Museum Hoge Woerd verf\u00fcgt dazu \u00fcber einen kompakten Personalstab und einen gro\u00dfen Bestand an aktiven Freiwilligen. F\u00fcr die Gesamtkoordination des Museums ist die Afdeling Erfgoed (Abteilung Kulturerbe) der Gemeinde Utrecht zust\u00e4ndig. Auch dank des Einsatzes vieler Freiwilliger ist das Museum Hoge Woerd in der Lage, den Besuch der st\u00e4ndigen Ausstellungen kostenfrei anzubieten. Der Unterhalt der Sammlung und der Pr\u00e4sentation kostet jedes Jahr viel Geld. Vor allem in und um das r\u00f6mische Schiff m\u00f6chte das Museum noch eine Reihe von Verbesserungen durchf\u00fchren. Mit einem freiwilligen Beitrag von 3 \u20ac tragen Sie aktiv zur Instandhaltung dieses einzigartigen Kulturschatzes wie auch der anderen Ausstellungsbereiche bei. \nDas Museum Hoge Woerd ist einer der vier Hauptnutzer des Castellum Hoge Woerd. Zusammen mit CastellumCaf\u00e9, Podium und Steede teilt das Museum den gemeinsamen \u201eNachnamen\u201c Hoge Woerd und das damit verbundene einheitliche Erscheinungsbild sowie die Identit\u00e4t. Damit verleihen die Partner dem gemeinsamen Bestreben Ausdruck, einen Ort zu bilden.
