Admission and supervision<\/h1>\n

This fits with the mission of Castellum Hoge Woerd to be a site that the public can explore as often and extensively as they like. To facilitate this mission over the longer term, the museum relies on donations.<\/p>\n

Children and supervision<\/strong>
\nThe museum integrates a diversity of applications and installations to create an interactive and hands-on experience for visitors. This applies particularly to our ‘3,000 Years of Life and Labour’ exhibit. Partly for this reason, children aged 16 and under are only allowed entry in the company of an adult (different rules apply for scheduled educational activities). We prefer that younger visitors to the ‘Windows onto the Fort’ exhibit be accompanied by an adult as well. Museum Hoge Woerd accepts no liability for irresponsible conduct on the ramparts or in the fort.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]Group visits<\/strong>
\nMuseum Hoge Woerd organises many hundreds of guided tours and school visits each year. To ensure an optimal museum experience or guided tour, we kindly request that all groups of 15 or more people register in advance by email to museum@castellumhogewoerd.nl.
